How much do we charge?
What do we charge for?
How are our charges calculated?
When and how can you pay?
We accept all electronic forms of payment, ie, MasterCard, Visa, debit card and EFTPOS.
Payment must be made when we deliver the goods to your delivery address.
We do not charge any extra “bank fees” for use of these payment options.
Our normal charges are a processing fee and a delivery fee. If you need the services, then we also charge an unpacking/packing away fee and/or an assembly fee. More on how the fees are calculated below. There are no other charges for orders that are completed in the normal course of business.
If a prepayment is needed, then that must be made by EFT directly to our bank account before we can start buying the items we have both agreed on to get for you.
No prepayment is required for estimated order values of up to $300 (this includes any of our fees as well as GST).
If the estimated order value is more than $300 but less than $1,000 (this includes any of our fees as well as GST), then we only need a prepayment of 50% of your estimated order value. The remaining 50% must be paid when we deliver your purchases.
If the estimated order value is more than or equal to $1,000 (this includes any of our fees as well as GST) then we will need a prepayment of 80% of the total estimated order value. The remaining 20% must be paid when we deliver your purchases.
Unfortunately we cannot accept orders that exceed $2,500 (this includes GST).
However, if you have purchased and paid the supplier directly yourself for the purchase, we can pick up the purchase and deliver it to your address for you, regardless of the purchase value. We will only charge you our processing fee and delivery fee (so we will need confirmation of the purchase price, as well as confirmation that you have already paid the supplier directly yourself) and if you need the services, the unpacking/packing away and/or assembly fee. For these “delivery only” services, we cannot take any responsibility for the condition of the purchased goods. Any dispute regarding the condition of the goods will have to be resolved between yourself and the supplier.

We charge a 10% processing fee (plus 10% for GST) on top of the actual amount the purchases cost (based on the original receipt). So for example, if we went to the supermarket and the total purchase cost per the purchase receipt for your order was $100, then we will charge $11 as our processing fee.
We also charge you a delivery fee which is kilometre based. The relevant physical addresses for all orders is Castle Hill Library, New South Wales, Australia, the store and your delivery address. We charge $0.95 per kilometre (plus 10% for GST). So carrying on with the above example. If the distance we have to travel from Castle Hill Library to the store and then to your delivery address is 10 km (kilometres will be per Google Maps driving directions), then our delivery fee will be $10.45. We will always endeavour to minimize the amount of kilometres we have to travel and will happily provide you with a Google Maps print out showing the most efficient motor vehicle route.
So the total amount you would pay us for this order would be $121.45 (consisting of $100 for the actual purchase, $11 for our processing fee and $10.45 for our delivery fee).
Our unpacking/packing away fee is 10% (plus 10% for GST) on top of the actual amount the purchases cost (based on the original receipt). So for example, if we went to the supermarket and the total purchase cost per the purchase receipt for your order was $100, then we will charge $11 as our unpacking/packing away fee. However, this fee is only charged if we both agree that we should provide the service.
Our assembly fee is 10% (plus 10% for GST) on top of the actual amount the purchases cost (based on the original receipt). So for example, if we went to the supermarket and the total purchase cost per the purchase receipt for your order was $100, then we will charge $11 as our unpacking/packing away fee. However, this fee is only charged if we both agree that we should provide the service.
