The way it works

You contact us and provide us with details of what you need bought and if required, from which specific shop and the brand, size of product, etc.

You can even request a specific delivery date and time. We will endeavour to work with this date and time. If we cannot, we will happily work with you to agree on another date and time that will work for both of us.

A short time later we will confirm with you an estimated order value as well as an estimated delivery day and the time window in which we could deliver (we strive to buy the things you need and have them delivered within 2 calendar days).

All you need to do is agree to the estimates for cost (on the understanding that this is not guaranteed either as a maximum or minimum cost), while also confirming the specific delivery date and time as well as your physical delivery address.

When we deliver the purchases, we will give you all the original purchase receipts so that you can see exactly what the items cost.

We charge a 10% processing fee (plus 10% for GST) on top of the actual amount the purchases cost (based on the original receipt). So for example, if we went to the supermarket and the total purchase cost per the purchase receipt for your order was $100, then we will charge $11 as our processing fee.

We also charge you a delivery fee which is kilometre based. The relevant physical addresses for all orders is Castle Hill Library, New South Wales, Australia, the store and your delivery address. We charge $0.95 per kilometre (plus 10% for GST). So carrying on with the above example. If the distance we have to travel from Castle Hill Library to the store and then to your delivery address is 10 km (kilometres will be per Google Maps driving directions), then our delivery fee will be $10.45. We will always endeavour to minimize the amount of kilometres we have to travel and will happily provide you with a Google Maps print out showing the most efficient motor vehicle route.

So the total amount you would pay us for this order would be $121.45 (consisting of $100 for the actual purchase, $11 for our admin fee and $10.45 for our delivery fee).

If you require the services, we can also provide an unpacking/packing away service and/or an assembly service. There are however, charges for these.
