Some terms and conditions

If there is any risk of allergy or health problems relating to goods you want us to purchase for you, then you need to specify exactly which brands can be purchased and which store or supplier to purchase the goods from.  If you do not provide any of these specific requirements, then it is agreed between all parties that we can decide which brand to purchase and which store or supplier to purchase the goods from for the order.

 

If your order contains perishable items, for example, fresh and not processed fruit, fresh and not processed vegetables, fresh and not processed meat, fresh and not processed diary products, or frozen items, etc, then we will make every effort to get the best quality, however, as the customer you must remember that returning such goods to the store or supplier is extremely difficult due to the perishable nature of the goods and therefore there is a high likelihood that the store or supplier will not accept any returns for these goods or replace the goods.  For more on returns and replacements, please refer below.

 

We can only purchase normal aisle stock items from a chemist or pharmacy.  We cannot purchase any items that require a medical script/prescription or over the counter items that can only be dispensed by a chemist/pharmacist.  We also reserve the right to limit the amount of aisle stock items we can purchase from the chemist or pharmacy.  We cannot fetch and deliver any item from a chemist or pharmacy that you have purchased and paid for yourself.

 

We can only purchase alcohol on your behalf if, upon delivery, you can provide evidence that you are of legal age.  We also reserve the right to limit the amount of alcohol items we can purchase.  Please remember you must always practice responsible consumption of alcohol.  We cannot fetch and deliver alcohol that you have purchased and paid for yourself.

 

We can only purchase and/or fetch and deliver items that will comfortably fit inside the body, without interfering with the driver area, of our small utility/delivery vehicle.  We can only purchase and/or fetch and deliver items that can be comfortably handled by one adult person and does not exceed the delivery capacity of the small utility/delivery vehicle.

 

We cannot purchase and/or fetch and deliver any item that would be considered, by a reasonable person, to be a weapon.

 

We cannot purchase and/or fetch and deliver any item that would be considered, by a reasonable person, to be an ingredient for the manufacture of any kind of illicit or medical drug or can be used in the manufacture of a weapon or combustible product.

 

We cannot purchase and/or fetch and deliver anything that has a heartbeat.

 

We retain legal ownership of all purchases made until you have fully paid for the purchases delivered.

 

We can only deliver to a physical street address for a home or an office.

 

We can only deliver when someone is available at the delivery address that can immediately pay for the goods purchased, as well as our fees.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to purchase the goods you ordered.  However, if we get to the store or supplier and we are not able to purchase an item for your order, then we will let you know by email or sms as soon as reasonably possible so that you have the opportunity to let us know if you have an alternate purchase that you want instead.  You will only be charged for the goods that we have purchased and deliver to you.  We do not charge for goods we are not able to purchase and deliver to you.

 

We do not provide any guarantee or warranties for any goods purchased and delivered or collected purely for delivery.  Should there be a problem with any of the goods purchased and/or delivered, then you will need to contact the store or supplier from which we bought the goods on your behalf or that you purchased outright.  We can assist you with returning damaged goods and picking up replacements.  We will not charge you another admin fee for this, but you will have to pay the delivery fee.

 

If you need us to return damaged goods and pick up replacements.  We can only do so after you have agreed with the store or supplier that they have agreed to this arrangement.  We will require confirmation that the store or supplier has agreed to the arrangement.

 

Should we have delivered a purchase to your address and you decide that you no longer want the goods, even though they are not damaged or do not need to be replaced, then we can do this for you.  We will not charge you another admin fee for this, but you will have to pay the delivery fee.  Again, we can only do this after you have agreed with the store or supplier that the goods can be returned.  We will require confirmation that the store or supplier has agreed to the arrangement.  We will also need confirmation as to how the store will be refunding you for the purchase returned.  Any refund you get from the store does not reduce the admin fee or delivery fee we charged for the original purchase and/or delivery.
